Welcome to ClutchKit™! Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our website and purchasing products. By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Terms

  • All content, images, and branding on this website are the property of ClutchKit™.

  • We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any products, services, or website features without prior notice.

  • Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • We accept payments via Square, Stripe, and PayPal. Cash and Venmo accepted for in-person sales.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard shipping is included within the contiguous United States. Additional fees may apply for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. Contact us for expedited shipping or shipments to Canada.

  • Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. ClutchKit™ is a family-owned business, and while we work hard to keep everything stocked and ready to ship, we are subject to the same tariffs, shipping delays, and supply chain challenges as larger companies. Occasionally, this may cause a brief delay in sourcing certain items needed to complete your order. We appreciate your patience and promise it will be worth the wait!

  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on location but are generally 5-7 business days after shipping within the United States.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen events.

  • Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery by the carrier.

4. Return & Refund Policy

We want every player to hit the ice fully equipped!

  • If your HockeyBox™ arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent, please contact us within 14 days to arrange a return or exchange.

  • Boxes must be sealed, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was on our end.

  • Opened or partially used boxes cannot be returned.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the box is received.

5. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

  • We collect only the information necessary to process orders and communicate with you (name, email, shipping address, payment information).

  • Your information will never be sold to third parties.

  • We may use your email to send order updates, promotional offers, or newsletters- you can unsubscribe at any time.
